"3/16/26 1410hrs update payton a employee of this office was able to assist me with the transfer. This office has a near perfect score on Google and its earned by great customer service ! Sometimes there will issues but how you resolve them is the most important. Im not sure what is occurring but last week I contacted this office nothing unusual to transfer funds from my mutual fund to my checking account first no one responded to my emails and I sent 3 emails. second I called at 430 on Friday and no one answered and third today I was told I could not receive my transfer unless i sent another voided check to this office which has all of my information . I believe there is a miscommunication somewhere and hope we can resolve this issue. Up until now i have had a outstanding customer service experience. I was transferred to this agent because my previous agent no longer provided the financial investment options. I didn't know what to expect I sent a email to her and also called to ask if she received the email. Her assistants were very nice and assured me she would call . Not only did she call but called twice within the hour when I was unable to answer. I was pleasantly surprised and she emailed me and left a message outstanding! I would definitely recommend Gladys for all of your insurance needs !"
